Q: How to Remove and Replace the Throttle Body on a Dodge Challenger?
A: Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. Remove the air intake duct and electrical connector from the throttle body. On 3.SL models, remove the two nuts and two lower bolts that attach the bracket to the cylinder head. Remove the four mounting bolts and throttle body. Inspect the O-ring for cracks, tears, and deterioration. Wipe off the gasket mating surfaces. Installation is the reverse of removal. If a DTC is set, take the vehicle to a dealer.
