How to Remove and Install the Air Intake Duct and Air Filter Housing?

For 2.4L engines (2014 and earlier), loosen the clamp and detach the air intake hose from the air filter box. On PZEV models, disconnect the air injection hose. Loosen the clamp retaining the duct to the throttle body and then remove the duct. For 2.7L and 3.5L engines, disconnect the inlet air temperature sensor and fresh air hose from the air filter box, then loosen the hose clamp at the throttle body and remove the air inlet hose. For 3.6L engines (2014 and earlier), remove the engine cover and disconnect the fresh air hose. For air filter box removal, on 2.4L (2014 and earlier), 2.7L, and 3.5L engines, unlock the air filter box cover tabs and lift off the cover. For 3.6L and 2015 and later 2.4L engines, disconnect the PCV hose from the air filter box if equipped.
