- A:On Charger models, remove the bumper cover. Remove the two upper and two lower headlight mounting bolts. To detach the headlight housing, remove these three mounting bolts (lower bolt not visible). Pull out the headlight housing far enough to disconnect the electrical connectors. Pull out the headlight housing and disconnect the electrical connectors for all five headlight housing lights, then remove the headlight housing.
