How to remove and install the front and rear bumper covers on Chrysler 200?

Disconnect the negative battery cable from the remote ground terminal or battery before beginning. On 2015 and later models, there are upper and lower plastic covers that need to be removed before all of the mounting bolts can be accessed. To remove the front bumper cover, release the hood latch and open the hood. Remove the fasteners attaching the grille to the radiator support. On 2014 and earlier models, remove the bolts holding the bumper cover to the headlight mounting panel at each side of the grille. Loosen the front wheel lug nuts, then raise the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. Remove the front wheels. Remove the front inner fender splash shield fasteners as necessary to gain access to the front cover-to-fender bolts. Remove the fasteners securing the bottom of the bumper cover. Disconnect the fog light electrical connectors, if necessary. Disconnect the side marker light electrical connectors. Carefully remove the bumper cover from the vehicle. Installation is the reverse of removal. To remove the rear bumper cover, open the trunk. Raise the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. Remove the upper mounting fasteners. Remove the fasteners securing the bottom of the bumper cover. Release the hooks on the sides of the bumper cover from the tabs in the rear cover brackets. Carefully remove the rear bumper cover from the vehicle. Installation is the reverse of removal.
