Where are the horns located and how do you replace them?

The horns are under the plastic covers between the front bumper and radiator support. Next, remove these covers and disconnect the electrical connector from the horn. Remove the horns and bracket as one assembly, disconnecting the electrical connectors. To replace a horn, remove its retaining nut and the horn from the bracket. Reverse these steps to install.
