How to remove and install Wiper Motor in a Chrysler 300?

Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal. Remove the instrument cluster bezel. Remove the two instrument cluster mounting screws to detach the instrument cluster from the instrument panel. Pull out the cluster and disconnect the electrical connectors from the backside of the cluster. Pull out the instrument cluster, depress the release tabs and disconnect these two electrical connectors. There's another smaller connector, at the other end of the cluster. Installation is the reverse of removal.
