How to remove and install the horns on Chrysler Sebring?

First of all, the vehicle has two horns, which are located in the front but outside of the frame rail and in front of the main bumper. For removal, take off the front bumper cover, take out the fastener that holds the horn to a mounting bracket and remove the assembly, remove the bolt that secures it. Installation is the reverse of removal.
