First of all, Before replacement, consider part availability and cost. Detach the drive axle and inspect the CV joints. If a torn CV boot is found, remove the joint, clean it, and check for damage. Also, if the joint is fine, lubricate it and install a new CV boot. For the inner CV joint, remove the CV boot and tripod spider assembly, clean all parts, and replace any worn ones. Reassemble by installing the CV boot and clamps. For the outer CV joint, remove the CV boot, clean the joint, disassemble it, and replace any damaged parts.
