How do you remove and install Steering Column Cover on Chrysler Town & Country?

Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal. Remove the screws from the lower steering column cover. Separate the cover halves and detach them from the steering column, and for models equipped with traction control, disconnect the traction control disable switch. Installation is the reverse of removal.
