Install the rear shackle to the frame and leave the fasteners finger tight. Install the U-bolts and spring plate, tightening the nuts to the specified torque. Finally, tighten the front spring fasteners and rear shackle fasteners to the specified torque with the vehicle sitting at normal ride height.
