Jeep Patriot Heater Core

A component called Heater Core is present in the structure of the Jeep Patriot car and it is responsible for the warm air in a vehicles interior if the heater is engaged. It works like a car radiator employs a composition of anti-freeze and water and moves round the engine at near limits to expel heat inside the car's cabin. The Jeep Patriot Heater Core is generally made of metals such as aluminum or brass for instance and is usually provided with fins that increases heat transfer rate. Control of heater in Jeep Patriot's Heater Core may include use of valves to regulate the flow of coolants or doors to isolate the core altogether. Depending on the type and complexity of control, the more sophisticated models might use electromechanical actutators for controlling the temperature. Heater Core' is mainly used to warm the interior space of the off-road vehicle, nevertheless, in some cases, it can perform the function of additional radiator helping the engine to cool down. Some of the problems that are related to the Heater Core are the blockage of the heater core, various leakages, and corrosion of the heater core and thus, challenging when repairing since one has to disassemble the dashboard.
