Reattach the tie-rod end, install a new cotter pin, and proceed with brake disc, pads, and caliper/adapter assembly installation. Reattach the brake hose bracket to the strut and secure the stabilizer bar to the control arms, tightening retainer fasteners. Ensure the CV joint is fully seated in the hub, install the washer and hub nut finger-tight, and proceed to reinstall the wheels, lower the vehicle, and tighten the wheel lug nuts. With an assistant applying the brakes, tighten the hub nut, and complete the assembly by installing the spring washer, nut lock, and a new cotter pin. Finally, verify proper tightness of the steering knuckle and balljoint nuts with the vehicle's weight on the suspension, and have the vehicle's front end alignment checked.

Use high-temperature wheel bearing grease to pack the bearings, working it thoroughly into the components. Apply a thin coat of grease to the spindle at various points. Put grease on the inner side of each bearing race inside the hub and create a dam with your finger. Place the grease-packed inner bearing into the hub's rear, add more grease to the outer side, and install a new dust seal.
