    How is the Ignition Switch removed for the 2008 Chrysler Sebring? Posted by Customer

    To remove the ignition switch, the radio trim bezel and ignition switch bezel should be removed first. Then, the instrument cluster and instrument cluster trim panel should be removed. The driver's side knee bolster should also be removed. The switch mounting fasteners can then be removed. Using a thin flat blade screwdriver, the clips from the ignition switch should be gently pried and pushed out of the dash. The shift interlock cable should be disconnected, and the switch assembly can be removed. The installation process is the reverse of the removal steps.
