Allow the removal of the front wiper motor assembly in the following way, Loosen the cable from the motor assembly's negative terminal on the battery. Put tape around the wiper blade to indicate the position of the wiper on the windshield and then cover and nuts are to be taken off. Lift of the wiper arm, get a hold of the lower part of the wiper and swing the wiper arm end in an up and down motion to remove it from the pivot then remove the wiper arms. If the wiper arm is frozen in the 'parked' position, then use the battery cable terminal puller to avoid damaging the arm. Thirdly, take off the cowl cover and then demate the wiring of the motor unit. Remove the two forward mounting bolts and two located in the center of the wiper assembly, after that pull the wiper assembly off of the mounting studs and take it out. Cessation also involves the opposite of installation where the items are removed, as it may be explained hereunder: At least for the rear wiper motor, the cable has to be removed from the negative terminal of the battery besides that the base cover of the wiper arm must be flipped up while removing the nut and wiper arm from the motor. The cover can now be removed from the shaft nut by peeling it off gently, and paint surface should be covered with some tapes. Pop off the wiper nut, followed by the bezel below it, and the gasket; after doing so, remove the tailgate/liftgate inner trim panel, and disconnect the wiring connectors. Unscrew the two screws on the mounting bracket but do not remove them mostly rather just loosen them to enable the motor to be slid out. To reinstall a new motor one needs to simply loosely install the assembly into the mounting holes, place the pivot shaft over the tailgate/liftgate hole, followed by the installation of a new gasket and bezel. Last but not the least, fix the pivot shaft mounting nut, tighten the motor mounting screws and the final assembling is done in sequence opposite to the sequence explained above.
