Disconnect the negative battery cable to remove the radiator. Then, drain the cooling system and eliminate the upper radiator crossmember as well as cooling fan assembly. The overflow hose should be disconnected and you should loosen hose clamps in order to separate upper coolant hoses from lower ones. Disconnect and plug off transmission fluid cooler lines. From there, proceed to remove condenser if necessary and also remove upper radiator-to-body mounting bolts. Lift out the radiator carefully while checking for leaks or damages. For installation of radiator, inspect mounts that should be clean. Lower mounting insulators are where you should situate your radiator then fasten top brackets on it . Fill and start engine of cooling system and check for leaks afterwards. If a vehicle has an automatic transaxle, examine its condition adding fluid when needed . To get rid of coolant reservoir, unfasten them by detaching hoses, sealing them off after that . Take out the reservoir retaining bolt and carry away with your hand from the engine department . Next time before reinstalling it try soapy water cleanser with brush.
