A: To remove the cotter pin, nut lock, and spring washer, loosen the drive axle/hub nut and wheel lug nuts. Raise the vehicle and remove the wheel, brake caliper, and brake disc. Separate the tie-rod end and speed sensor cable routing bracket. Separate the steering knuckle from the lower control arm balljoint. Support the driveshaft and pull the steering knuckle away. Remove the cotter pin and nut from the upper balljoint stud. Mount the steering knuckle in a vise and remove the hub/bearing mounting bolts. Install the hub/bearing and remaining components in reverse order. Tighten all nuts/bolts to the torque. Install the wheel and lug nuts, lower the vehicle, and tighten the lug nuts. Have an assistant apply the brakes and tighten the driveaxle/hub nut.
