The fuse block is located below the dash, to the left of the steering column and directly above the hood release handle, behind a panel. To expose the fuse block, put your finger in the notch at the bottom of the panel and pull it back sharply. With the ignition off, remove each fuse in turn by grasping it and pulling it from the block. Solder the wires together with non-acid core solder, and after the connection has cooled, wrap the splice with at least three layers of electrical tape.
