How to remove and install the console in a Dodge Magnum?

Place the shift lever in the Neutral position. Remove the mat at the front of the console, then remove the fasteners securing the shifter trim bezel. Open the lid to the console bin and remove the mat, then remove the bolts securing the console to the floor pan. Using a trim removal tool, carefully pry off the ashtray trim panel. Installation is the reverse of removal.
