How Do You Remove the Air Filter Housing on Dodge Neon?

Remove the five screws from the air cleaner lid. Take out the air filter element. Remove the four bolts attaching to the throttle body. Detach the fresh air inlet and make-up air hose. Disconnect the wiring harness clips and remove the mounting bolt and nut. Finally, remove the air filter box assembly. Installation is the reverse of removal.
