How do you remove and install a fender assembly on Dodge Neon?

Remove the headlight assembly, then take out the fasteners and detach the fender splash shield. Next, detach the fender-to-front bumper cover retainers, remove the bolts and screws, and detach the fender by taking out the bolts along the top of the front fender, the fender-to-body bolts at the rear, and the fasteners under the front end of the fender. Installation of the fender is the reverse of removal.
