How to Remove an Expansion Valve from an Air Conditioning System?

Disconnect battery cable and remove refrigerant lines. Separate lines and cap openings. Remove two Allen head bolts and expansion valve. Discard O-rings and replace with new ones. Reverse installation and tighten bolts securely.
