Chrysler 68125524AA Windshield Washer Reservoir

Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal as the first step of replacing the windshield wiper motor in Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, and Dodge Challenger. Take away the rubber shields over each wiper arm and unscrew the nuts that hold the arms in position, but write down where they go before you lift them off. Squeeze the release tab on the windshield wiper motor connector, pull it out from its electrical plug, and move on. Take off the housing hardware that secures the windshield wiper module then disconnect it. Separate the link rods from the bellcrank using a special trim tool or large screwdriver. Then unscrew the bellcrank nut from its mounting position on the wiper motor shaft. Use a small puller to free the bellcrank from the wiper motor's shaft. Take out the wiper motor from its mounting place after removing bolts. Check for damage to the plastic motor insulator as you do this. First, find the washer bottle just in front of the right front tire, detach the battery negative cable, and remove the fasteners from the front part of the right engine cover. Put a catch pan under the fluid reservoir before you take out the pump or level sensor, then remove the electrical plugs from these parts. Detach the washer pump's hoses, easily pull out the old pump, and push in the new pump to its correct place in the reservoir. Lift up the right inner fender splash shield and unscrew the mounting bolts. Pull the reservoir through the space in the fenderwell, and reverse these steps for installation.
