Mopar 68004697AA Front Bumper Cover

Unscrew the negative battery cable before starting work from anywhere it's connected. Release the hood latch and open the hood. Disconnect the grille from the radiator support and unlatch the mounting screws that hold the bumper cover to the top. To access the 2014 and earlier bumper cover, take off the bolts that connect it to the headlight fixtures on both sides of the grille. First, take off the bolts holding the front wheel nuts, then lift the car and park it on two secure jackstands. Remove the front wheels. To get to and remove the bolts holding the front cover to the fender, partially unbolt the large front fender shield. Pull the bottom fasteners out, and pull the side of the bumper cover far enough to let it come loose. Pull off the fog light electrical wire connections, when needed, plus the side marker light electrical connections. Take out the bumper cover very carefully from your vehicle. Installation is the reverse of removal. After raising the hood and placing jackstands under the car, set the car down on those stands. Take out all the mounting bolts in the top and bottom part of the bumper cover. Pull the clips on both sides of the rear bumper cover out from their slots in the rear cover brackets, then take off the whole rear bumper cover carefully. Installation is the reverse of removal.
