Mopar 68299958AC Ignition Switch Module

Disconnect the cable(s) from the negative battery terminal(s). On Durango models, the Start/Stop button can be pried out of the instrument panel using a small trim tool without removing the entire panel. Remove the center instrument trim bezel, then use a plastic trim stick to pry the edges out around the steering column gap bezel until all clips are released. Lower the tilt steering column and slide the bezel panel away from the instrument panel. Remove the start switch bezel fasteners, pull the bezel forward, and disconnect the start switch electrical connector. Finally, remove the KIN start switch mounting screws and separate the module from the bezel, with installation being the reverse of removal.
