Mopar 68043885AA Front Door Window Regulator

Take out the door panel and window water repellant. Carefully remove the window glass from the regulator, raise it as high as it will go, and fix it in place by sticking tape to the door frame. Lay down the regulator-to-door and track screws, but only loosen the bolts enough to leave the door open. Remember to keep track of where you set the two small slots needed for the regulator motor. Take off the electrical plug and remove the regulator from the door. Put the glass back in place and make sure you turn the fastening screws tight to the right tension. Only after reprogramming the Driver's or Passenger's door control unit can the window function normally after either control has been taken off or placed back in. Check that both the battery is fully charged and the car is running, then make sure you close every door tightly before you work on the window motor. If you changed the regulator, get a specialized tool to make the connected ECU reset for the correct door unit and set the electrical control unit for that module to correct itself. To re-calibrate the window after a regulator replacement, move the window glass to its lowest position and press the down button for two more seconds. Lift the window to its highest spot, hold the up button button for two more seconds. Make sure the window works correctly after you do these tests and check whether any stored warnings appear. Remove all codes from the BCM and make sure the window glass works correctly.
