- Q: How to replace the front turn signal, parking, and Fog Light Bulb on Dodge Nitro?A:To take out the front turn signal, parking, and side marker lights on the 2007 and earlier models, remove the lens screw, and nudge the outer part of the lens to release the inner tab; pull the light housing out from the fascia. For the 2008 and later models, the steering wheel should be twisted to reveal the side to be changed, the push-pins on the side of the inner fender splash shield should be removed and the splash shield should be pulled forward to reveal the bulb. For rear tail light, brake light and turn signal, open the tailgate, remove the screws for mounting and pull back on the lens to free of ballstuds. In the 2007 and earlier mode, the bulb socket has to be rotated anti-clockwise to have it unscrewed while in the 2008 and later models, the black back plate screws need to be unscrewed and the bulb pulled out. Only the 2008 and later models feature a high mounted brake light for which the brake light LEDs are integrated into the housing and in order to access the bulb holders, screws need to be removed. For the instrument cluster lights, then you will need to disassemble the cluster where the bulb socket can be unscrewed anti-clockwise.
