Then, take out the bolts for the rear timing belt cover and put off the rear cover, then the bolt as well as the timing belt tensioner assembly at the lower side should be unbolted. For installation of the timing belt tensioner fix it in front of the engine and tighten only one lower mounting bolt. Thread an engine bracket mounting bolt into the upper tensioner bolt hole as far as five- to seven-turns and then fully tighten the lower tensioner bolt to the 32 lb ft/35 Nm torque; remove the upper bolt. Then, fit in the rear timing belt cover and tighten the screws on the cover, after which fix the timing belt idler pulley with a bolt tightened to the recommended torque. Last but not the least, fit in each camshaft sprocket so that the pin of the camshaft fits into the hole of the sprocket and hold the sprocket with the help of some special tool and fasten the nut to the required torque before putting on the timing belt.
