For 6F24 (6-speed) models, the transaxle oil cooler and air conditioning condenser are serviced as an assembly. Begin by loosening the left-front wheel lug nuts, then raise the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands before removing the left-front wheel. Next, remove the left-front inner fender splash shield. Drain the engine coolant and disconnect and cap the coolant lines to the cooler, followed by removing the transaxle cooler lines and capping all ends. Disconnect and cap the transaxle cooler lines and ends of the cooler, then remove the transaxle cooler mounting bolts to take the cooler off the side of the transaxle. If equipped, remove the cooler fluid filter and discard the sealing ring from the cooler, then install a new filter into the transaxle. Install a new O-ring onto the cooler, place the cooler onto the transaxle, and install the mounting bolts, tightening them to the specified torque. The installation process is the reverse of removal, and finally, refill the cooling system and check the transaxle fluid level.
