- Q:This is the lower steering shaft part - the universal in this part makes a clicking noise when the steering is turning and appears to start showing some wear. There is a note in the file that when replacing the lower - you need to replace the other part also due to an engineer change - what does that specifically mean - I just need the lower unit - but your site does not even show the upper as being available.
