    How do you install the strut assembly and Shock Absorber for the 2007 Jeep Compass? Posted by Customer

    To install the strut assembly, follow these steps, guide the strut assembly up into the fenderwell. Insert the upper mounting studs through the holes in the body. Tighten the upper mounting nuts. Slide the steering knuckle into the strut flange and insert the two bolts. Install the nuts and align the previously made match marks. Install the brake hose and speed sensor mounting brackets. Connect the stabilizer bar link to the strut. Install the wheel and lug nuts. Lower the vehicle and tighten the lug nuts.
