    During installation, use a new flange gasket and new bolts/nuts at the exhaust manifold mounting flange.Use a new clamp at the slip joint, and coat threads with anti-seize compound for future removal.Attach the catalytic converter to the exhaust system.Install the small support bracket with new nuts and bolts, coating threads with anti-seize compound.Tighten all fasteners securely.
