The headlight can be adjusted by turning the vertical adjusting screw for each headlight that is visible in the upper radiator crossmember; there is no horizontal adjustment screw. The easiest setting method is done on an open area that has a bare wall and a flat surface floor. Take the masking tape and stand it vertically on the wall such that it runs parallel to the car centre line and the two headlight centre lines, it will be easier to do it with the car within a few inches from the wall, then place a horizontal line on the tape which corresponds the headlight centre line. Be sure the vehicle is parked 25 feet from the wall of the building and it should be in a leveled ground, with a full tank of gas and not carrying any extra load.
