Loosen the wheel lug nuts. Raise the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. Remove the wheels. Remove the nut and bolt that secures the link to the trailing arm. Mark the position of the inner pivot bolt adjuster cam to the crossmember using a marker or crayon. Do this on the other side of the crossmember, too. Do not scratch the finish of the crossmember to make your mark. Hold the bolt in place and remove the nut. Remove the bolt and detach the toe link from the crossmember. Install the inner pivot and adjuster cams, lining up the marks you made earlier. Raise the rear suspension with a floor jack placed under the outer end of the lower control arm to simulate normal ride height, then tighten the fasteners to the torque. Install the wheels and lug nuts, lower the vehicle and tighten the lug nuts to the torque. Have the rear wheel alignment checked and, if necessary, adjusted.
