- Q:How to Remove the Blower Motor Assembly and Blower Motor Resistor in a Chrysler 200? Posted by Customer
- A:Disconnect the negative battery cable from the remote ground terminal or battery. The blower motor assembly, located on the passenger's side of the HVAC housing, can be accessed by removing the insulation panel underneath the glove box. Unlock the connector and disconnect the wire harness connector from the blower motor. Remove the 3 mounting screws holding the blower motor and wire bracket to remove the blower motor assembly. For models equipped with automatic temperature control, disconnect the electrical connectors for the blower motor power module located under the glove box. Remove the mounting fasteners from the blower to the heating/air conditioner housing and remove the power module from the heater/air conditioning housing. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the blower motor resistor. Remove the mounting fasteners from the blower motor resistor to the heating/air conditioner housing and remove the blower motor resistor.Posted by MoparPartsGiant Specialist

Remove the blower motor assembly by disconnecting the electrical connector and removing the three screws holding it in place. Install the blower motor assembly in reverse order. Disconnect the electrical connector for the blower motor power module. Remove the screws and detach the power module from the heater/air conditioning housing. Install the power module in reverse order. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor resistor.
